These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HoneyMeds website and services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing an order.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HoneyMeds ("HoneyMeds," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, accounts, health intake, ordering, subscription, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from HoneyMeds. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Certain features require an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, and address, and to keep that information up to date from your account profile.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that information provided is inaccurate or that these Terms have been violated.
Description of Services
The Services allow you to browse treatment options, create and manage an account, complete a health intake, upload identity and laboratory documents where required, purchase products, enroll in Subscribe & Save, and track the status of your orders.
Treatment information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. Product images are representative, and actual medication appearance may vary.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Healthcare Services and Medical Disclaimer
HoneyMeds is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information on the website does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Clinical decisions, including whether a treatment is appropriate for you, are made solely by an independent, appropriately licensed healthcare provider based on the information you provide. Individual responses to treatment vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use the Services for urgent or emergency care.
Treatment Eligibility and Prescription Requirements
Prescription medications are available only if an appropriately licensed healthcare provider determines, after reviewing your health intake and any required documentation, that the treatment is appropriate for you.
Submitting a health intake or placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The reviewing provider may request additional information, laboratory results, or identity verification, or may decline to prescribe.
If a prescription is not authorized, the related order will not be fulfilled.
User Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in your account, health intake, and any documents you upload.
- Use any prescribed treatment only as directed by your healthcare provider and the pharmacy label.
- Inform your healthcare provider of changes in your health, medications, or medical history.
- Use the Services only for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person.
- Comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
Orders and Purchases
All orders are subject to acceptance by HoneyMeds and, for prescription products, to authorization by a healthcare provider. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Each product may be purchased as a one-time purchase or, where offered, through Subscribe & Save. A product may appear in your cart only once, with a single purchase type.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. You can follow the status of your order from the My Orders and Order Details pages of your account.
Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Prices are displayed on each product page and at checkout. One-time purchases are available as a 1-month supply or as a 3-month supply charged once at the displayed total. Doctor consultation and shipping are currently shown as free at checkout.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed, using the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Promotion codes are subject to the terms presented with them and may be withdrawn at any time. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel any order affected by such an error.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Subscribe & Save is a recurring purchase option billed monthly at the subscription price shown on the product page. Subscribe & Save cannot be combined with the 3-month one-time discount.
By enrolling, you authorize HoneyMeds to charge your selected payment method for each refill and to create a new refill order approximately every 30 days until you cancel.
You may cancel an active subscription at any time from the Order Details page of your account. Cancellation stops future refills; it does not cancel or refund orders that have already been created.
Shipping, Cancellations, and Refunds
Authorized orders are shipped to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Order changes and cancellations depend on the status of the order at the time of the request.
Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, including health and medical information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HoneyMeds or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.
- Use our trademarks or trade names without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or another person’s information.
- Resell, transfer, or share any product obtained through the Services.
- Access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Services.
- Use automated tools to access, copy, or collect data from the Services.
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have engaged in a prohibited activity, and may report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

The Services may rely on or link to services provided by third parties, such as healthcare providers, pharmacies, payment processors, and delivery carriers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
HoneyMeds is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyMeds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Services after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
